Software should make accountability clearer
Telepractice, compliance and construction all involve consequential work. Context can be scattered, evidence can arrive late, and the person accountable for the outcome still has to make the call.
The SEEN Group was formed to build focused tools for those real jobs. We start with the Australian operating context, the person responsible for the decision and the information they need to keep.
Before a service or engagement is offered, its architecture, providers, data flows and residency commitments need to be made explicit. We will not turn a design intention for one product into a universal claim for every product.
SEEN stands for Security, Excellence, Ethics and Navigation: four principles for building carefully, communicating accurately and helping people move through complex work without obscuring their judgement.

Hosting, subprocessors, data residency and security controls should be confirmed for the relevant product and engagement, not inferred from broad language.
