This notice applies to the public marketing websites operated by THE SEEN GROUP PTY LIMITED (ABN 81 695 428 972, ACN 695 428 972).
1. Scope
This notice covers visits to theseengroup.com.au and theseengroup.ai, and information you choose to send through the published company email address. It does not describe the data handling of a future Backstage TP, Proof GRC or QuoteMaker service. Those products are pre-launch and require product-specific documentation before use.
2. How the contact route works
The public contact action uses a standard mailto: link. Selecting it asks your device to open an email draft in your own mail application. The website does not submit the contents of a form to a SEEN Group web endpoint.
If you send the email, your mail provider transmits it to the Microsoft 365 mailbox used by The SEEN Group. You decide what information to include.
3. Information we may receive
When you email us, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, role and the content and attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to understand and respond to the enquiry, manage the resulting conversation and protect legitimate business interests.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, health information, children’s information, customer evidence, security credentials or confidential project data in an initial website enquiry.
5. Website delivery
The sites are delivered through Amazon CloudFront from a private Amazon S3 origin. Like any internet service, the hosting and network providers involved in delivering a page may process routine technical connection information needed to route requests, maintain security and operate their services. The current site configuration does not enable a SEEN Group marketing analytics profile.
6. Handling and disclosure
We may use service providers that support website delivery, email, security and ordinary business operations. They process information for those purposes and under their own or agreed service terms. We may also use or disclose information where required or authorised by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems or legal rights.
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
7. Your choices and questions
You can browse without emailing us. If you have already contacted us, you may ask about access, correction or deletion of information in our correspondence, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
8. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when the sites, contact route, providers or legal requirements change. The document-control date above identifies the current version.
