1. Scope

These terms apply to theseengroup.com.au and theseengroup.ai, including the public information, images, interactive presentation and email contact routes made available through them. Product-specific services, trials or engagements require separate terms.

2. General information

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, clinical, audit, engineering, construction, cyber-security or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on material that involves professional judgement or risk.

3. Product stage and illustrative material

Backstage TP, Proof GRC and QuoteMaker are pre-launch product initiatives. Screens, sample data, workflow descriptions, artwork and feature statements show design direction. They are not a representation that functionality is released, generally available or suitable for a particular purpose.

References to standards, frameworks or laws identify possible context. They do not state certification, accreditation, compliance, conformance, legal conclusion or an assessed maturity level.

4. Contact and expressions of interest

Sending an enquiry does not create a customer, advisory, professional or confidential relationship and does not oblige either party to proceed. Do not send sensitive, regulated or confidential information in an initial enquiry unless an appropriate channel and purpose have been agreed.

You may view and make a reasonable personal or internal business reference copy. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit substantial content without permission or another lawful basis.

Links to third-party sites or services are provided for context or convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and responsibility

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

The Privacy Notice explains the current public-site and email contact route. Product data handling must be documented separately before a product is used.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory law that applies otherwise.
