1. Scope

These terms apply to theseengroup.com.au and theseengroup.ai, including the public information, images, interactive presentation and email contact routes made available through them. Product-specific services, trials or engagements require separate terms.

2. General information

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, clinical, audit, engineering, construction, cyber-security or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting on material that involves professional judgement or risk.

3. Product stage and illustrative material

QuoteMaker and SafeSiteWHS are live services developed by The SEEN Group and operated by QuoteMaker Pty Ltd. Product availability, features and service commitments are governed by the applicable customer agreement and product-specific documentation. Their public website terms are available at QuoteMaker and SafeSiteWHS.

BackStageTP is in development. Its concept artwork and proposed workflows describe design direction, not released functionality. Product screenshots and examples may contain illustrative or synthetic data; they do not establish suitability for a particular purpose.

References to standards, frameworks or laws provide context. They do not by themselves state certification, accreditation, compliance, conformance, a legal conclusion or an assessed maturity level.

4. Contact and expressions of interest

Sending an enquiry does not create a customer, advisory, professional or confidential relationship and does not oblige either party to proceed. Do not send sensitive, regulated or confidential information in an initial enquiry unless an appropriate channel and purpose have been agreed.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the sites or attempt to interfere with their operation, security or availability. You must not introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, impersonate another person, scrape the sites in a way that causes unreasonable load, or use content unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, product names, artwork, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to The SEEN Group. You may view and make a reasonable personal or internal business reference copy. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit substantial content without permission or another lawful basis.

7. Third-party links and services

Links to third-party sites or services are provided for context or convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and responsibility

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains the current public-site and email contact route. See the QuoteMaker privacy notice and SafeSiteWHS privacy notice for those public websites. Customer product data handling is addressed in the applicable product documentation and agreed terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory law that applies otherwise.
