BACKSTAGE TP A SEEN Group platform

Control the game.
Guide the learning.

Backstage TP is a pre-launch concept for a child-friendly game environment used alongside live telepractice. It is being designed so speech pathologists, occupational therapists, tutors and teachers can guide play while retaining professional judgement throughout the session.

S.01 How we are designing it

Students play. You direct.

The concept separates a simple student game view from practitioner controls. The practitioner would choose how and when to use each activity, with suitability, goals and outcomes assessed by the professional leading the session.

  • Browser-based student play intended to work alongside live video sessions
  • Practitioner controls being explored for pausing and adapting activities
  • Activities configured around session goals and professional judgement
  • Optional reward cues designed to support engagement without promising outcomes
  • Session information intended to support practitioner and caregiver conversations
  • Data handling, hosting and retention to be documented before service release
S.02 The Games

Different kinds of play. One guided approach.

These scenes illustrate possible activity styles, not finished games. The final activity set, age guidance, accessibility and suitability will depend on design work, testing and review with relevant professionals.

Define the data boundary before use

Learning and therapy records can be highly sensitive. Before any Backstage TP service release, relevant data flows, hosting, subprocessors, retention and safeguards are intended to be documented. Product suitability and data-handling arrangements would be scoped for the service and engagement; this page does not claim certification or a fixed residency commitment.
