Backstage TP
The live practitioner should direct the activity, not surrender the session to an automated experience.
Founder note
The SEEN Group began with a simple concern: assistance becomes less useful when it makes the accountable person lose sight of the source, assumptions or decision they still own.
Build the tool around the person who still has to answer for the outcome.
Origin / 01
The portfolio is intentionally varied. It tests whether the same design conviction can survive contact with practitioners, evidence reviewers and construction estimators.
The live practitioner should direct the activity, not surrender the session to an automated experience.
The source and proposed relationship should remain beside the evidence decision a reviewer must make.
Scope, quantities, rates and assumptions should stay visible to the estimator who approves the quote.
Working conviction / 02
That means publishing the legal entity, the stage of the portfolio, the limits of public claims and the evidence boundary behind trust statements.
Design intentions are not recast as released controls or certifications.
A human in the loop needs context, authority and a real way to disagree.
Group-level language must not imply a product architecture that has not been established.
